Return Policy
Our "200% Satisfied with my purchase" policy
You mean the world to us and we're thrilled you've become our customer. It's paramount to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchases and experiences with AnnieWear online.
Within 30 days of your purchase, you will receive a full, hassle-free refund if the merchandise hasn't met your expectations and it hasn't been damaged while in your hands. You have 60 days to receive an AnnieWear credit or exchange.
Credit Card Refunds: If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your card account within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise back from you. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
Gift Certificate Refunds: If you paid with a Gift Certidicate, we'll mail you a refund check. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Certificate, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card.
Please contact us by phone 877-386-7291 or email us info@anniewear.com to let us know you'll be returning something to us. Then, repackage and send the merchandise back using a traceable service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) with the return sheet to:

We're sorry, but we cannot refund your original, return or exchange shipping charges. We will pay for the return shipping charges if your item was damaged and needs to be replaced. And, we pay for the shipping on any item that is backordered.
