How do you protect my personal and financial information on your site?
AnnieWear is deeply committed to protecting your personal information. The vendors we work with to process payments and store our data use state-of-the-art security in their offerings. We will always take technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information.To guard your information, our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts your credit card number, your name and your address so only AnnieWear is able to decode your information.
To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), the SSL is active and your information is secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.Please note that e-mail is not encrypted, so please DO NOT include your credit card information in an email.
If I want to place an order but prefer not to do it online, how do I proceed?
You can call us at 877-386-7291 or 410-271-2721, or fax your order to 443-433-5544. When you fax your order, please include your phone number or your preferred method of communication so we can contact you if we have any questions.
How do I redeem an AnnieWear gift certificate for my order?
You provide us with the promotion code at the time of your order checkout.
Can I send a gift? Can I include a gift card? Will it be wrapped?
You bet you can! We encourage you to purchase your gifts from AnnieWear! There is a separate area in the checkout for your gift recipient's shipping information. You can also complete a customized gift message that we'll print on an AnnieWear card. For $5.00, we are delighted to wrap your gift before shipping! There's a special place on the checkout gift area for your selection of this service.
In what timeframe do you process my order?
We process orders daily and will have your order on its way typically within 48 hours. If your order is received on Friday, it will ship on Monday. If there is any missing information or payment issues, there will most likely be a delay.
What is my shipping cost?
We use UPS ground as our standard shipping method. Your fee is based on your order's total weight and where you live. You may also choose one of UPS's faster delivery methods. At checkout, you'll be able to determine the price and select which method you would prefer for shipping your order.
How long does it take for my order to arrive after I place it?
We process orders within 2 days and UPS ground can vary from 3-8 days transit. So, depending on your location, it could take up to 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.
How do I check on my order's status?
You will receive an email with a link once your order has been processed.
What are your return and exchange policies?
You mean the world to us and we're thrilled you've become our customer. It's paramount to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchases and experiences with AnnieWear online.
Within 30 days of your purchase, you will receive a full, hassle-free refund if the merchandise hasn't met your expectations and it hasn't been damaged while in your hands. Within 60 days of your purchase, you may return our merchandise for an AnnieWear credit or exchange./p>
Credit Card Refunds: If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your card account within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise back from you. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
Gift Certificate Refunds: If you paid with a Gift Certificate, we'll mail you a refund check. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Certificate, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card.
Please contact us by phone or email to let us know you'll be returning something to us. Then, repackage and send the merchandise back using a traceable service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) with the return sheet to:

Do I pay shipping for my return or exchange?
We're sorry, but we cannot refund your original, return, or exchange shipping charges. We will pay for the return shipping charges if your item arrived damaged and needs to be replaced. And, we'll pay for the shipping on any item that is back-ordered.
Do I pay sales tax on my purchase?
You only pay sales tax if you are a resident of the state of Maryland at 6%.
